Apartment Lease Agreement
View the apartment Lease Agreement (Portland Manor) All others use
standard MMHA form.
Should someone be staying with you more than a couple weeks, they are
considered "residing" at your apartment home and
need to be added to the Lease Agreement or at the minimum fill out a rental
application to add to our files.
Send an application for apartment rental
Everyone who desires to make their home with us needs to complete
an application for apartment rental. Applications are subject to
credit checks, verification of rental history, and (but not limited to)
personal references.
